Prior to commencing any resident service, we complete a robust pre-assessment which forms part of tour admission process. A member of the home’s management team, will meet you, family members, social workers etc. either at your home or hospital to run through some questions to see if we are able to meet all your needs and ensure our services fit your requirements.
This process ensures before commencing any resident service that we can meet your individual needs and put everything in place prior to coming to our home ensuring the transition to the home is more relaxed as we understand this can be a very daunting time.
Pre-assessments are undertaken without any obligation and there is no fee for this service.
